Samosa pads are ready to use pastry sheets, made with wheat flour, water, coconut oil and salt. These are thin mildly spiced, ready for the potato mixture to be placed in them and shaped into pyramid shapes, then deep fried till golden brown, served along with spicy green mint chutney.
