National Delivery Guidelines (DHL)
We are limited to a delivery of up-to 22.5 kgs per order and a volumetric limit in box size. If the order exceeds this, we will contact you and implement the necessary changes.
If the order contains fresh produce, frozen or chilled items please ensure you are available to receive the order. If the order is not received or received late, then we are not responsible for any deterioration in quality and will not be able to process any refund. Our delivery partner DHL will provide a tracking number which should provide an indicative time of delivery.
We only deliver to parts of the mainland UK and the postcodes we service are provided below.
- If the order is larger than £100 then we will split the order in to two and deliver for free. But for orders that are more than 22.5 kgs and larger than the volumetric limit set by DHL we will be forced to remove items or contact you on the phone/email ID provided to consult you. So please ensure that the correct contact details are provided.

UK Delivery Schedule
Please note that if you place an order for some other postcodes except the
the list above, we must refund your order.
There is no delivery on Saturday & Sunday. All orders placed on or after Friday at 10 AM will be delivered on Tuesday.
National Delivery Schedule
Orders for national delivery are usually processed as soon as possible, but orders received between 6 am on Thursday and 2 pm on Friday will only be sent out for delivery on the following Monday as we don’t offer weekend delivery. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday and during the weekend will be processed on Monday and sent for delivery on Tuesday.
