Thank you for visiting us. 
We do hope you enjoy your experience and if we disappoint you in any way we apologies in advance. We would be grateful if you could please let us know and we will endeavor to bring the smile back on your face.
 
1. Can I get a refund or exchange for any product?

We will always stand by our products, but we have to be sensible.
If the product is not returned or we are not intimated within 1 day or before the expiry date whichever is earlier then we can’t help. So please intimate us at the earliest (email -karmicsupport@theindianshop.co.uk) or through our Facebook page “The Indian Shop”.

2. Why do you charge for delivery?

We have to charge for delivery (£5.99) as our prices are not inflated to accommodate delivery costs. Our prices in shop and online are the same, this probably makes us the cheapest online Indian grocery retailer in the UK! 

3. Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order and no maximum order either 

4. What if I want to add something to my order after I have paid?

Please place a click and collect for any additional items and we can add it to the main order.

5. How do I get a refund?

We will process your refund directly back on to the card that was used for payment.
