Shan Easy Cook Haleem Mix, has the perfect proportion of powdered lentils, wheat and spices to help prepare the traditional creamy and grainy Haleem curry. This mix is added to the meat and stir fried for a few minutes and water is added to it and pressure cooked till well done, garnished with coriander and eaten along side parathas, naan or rotis.
