MTR Vada Mix, makes perfect Vadas crispy on the outside and soft inside. Made with black gram, edible vegetable oil, rice, Bengali gram, and salt. Mixed with water to form the batter, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, pepper, and curry leaves. Shaped into doughnuts and deep-fried till done.
