MDH Pani Puri Masala, made with black salt, dry mango, cumin, tamarind, citric acid, mint leaves, kachri, dry ginger, yellow chillies, black pepper, turmeric, cloves asafoetida and salt. One tea spoon of the masala mixed in a glass of cold water and stored well, a very delicious spiced water is ready for pani puri.
