MDH Dal Makhani Masala, made with coriander seeds, red chillies, dry mango, dry ginger, garlic, black pepper, cassia, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, mace, asafotedia and salt. The dal is soaked overnight and cooked, this masala is added to the cooking dal to give it its authentic traditional taste.
