Haldiram Vada for Dahiwada
Vada is an Indian urad dal snack, one of the most famous chats of North India. Made with Urad dal these dumplings are the base of a Dahi Vada or Curd Vada. The Vada's are soaked in cold water and squeezed to make them ready to be soaked in curd. The final dish has spicy and tangy seasoning and is ready to be served cold.
