Shan Tandoori BBQ Masala, a delicious mix for tandoori style barbecue chicken, made with red chillies, black pepper, brown cardamom, cumin, garlic, cinnamon, and many more aromatic spices. This tandoori masala is applied all over the chicken pieces after the meat has been pricked all over the meat, left to marinate for thirty minutes and cooked with yoghurt.
