Vermicelli Kheer or Seviyan, a sweet desert that is made with vermicelli noodles which have been toasted in butter then cooked in milk and and reduced with sugar added. The mix is added to a litre of milki cooked on medium heat for twenty minutes, cooled down and served cold.
