As the name suggests, it is a tasty and traditional snack from Punjab. This highly tempting savoury snack is made with mashed potatoes, green peas, cumin seeds, coriander, ginger garlic and salt to taste. Placed carefully in pastry sheets and shaped into little pyramids and deep fried till crisp and served with green spicy mint chutney.
