Garvi Gujarat Khaman Dhokla

Khaman Dhokla, a traditional Gujrati snack made with gram flour, semolina, lemon juice, fruit salt, crushed green chillies, yoghurt, oil, water and salt. Mustard seeds, chillies, curry leaves, grated coconut are used for tempering. This steamed delicacy is soft and fluffy.
