Devashree Vatli dal
Vatli Dal, a traditional authentic Maharashtrian dal. Distributed as Prasad on the day of Ganapati visarjan. A tasty side dish made with channa dal, chopped green chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pinch of hing or asofotedia, curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt to taste. The mix is blended in water and cooked till done and garnished with coriander.
