Shevai Upma, a vermicelli breakfast preparation, eaten all over the Indian sub continent. Made with vermicelli , red chillies, urad dal, onion, sugar, ginger, curry leaves, edible oil, salt and tadka mixture. This mixture is blended in boiling water and steamed for five minutes, garnished with coriander and grated coconut.
