Ching's Chilli Paneer Masala, tasty and spicy a Chinese take on chilly paneer. Paneer cubes and vegetables are sautéed in a shallow pan, the masala is mixed in water into smooth paste and added to the above and simmered for a few mins and cut shallots are sprinkled on it and served.
